Lebanon turned seven hits, five walks, two hit batsmen, and a Webo error into ten runs Thursday evening in Dover. The Stars countered with eight runs, as the Tigers completed the conference series sweep. As in the first game, the LHS starter won the game and also hit a home run. Junior Michael Reese went five innings for the win, giving up six runs, only two earned, on 7 hits, 3 walks, and a hit batter. He prevented multiple Star runs with his 8 strikeouts. His home run in the first inning put Lebanon up one. For the night he reached base all four times with a double to go along with his dinger and a pair of walks. He scored twice.

Tyler Brunty stared for Webo and took the loss. He went four and a third surrendering six runs (five earned) on 4 hits, 3 walks, and a hit batsman. He sat down 5 Tiger batters on strikes. Elliott Young finished the game giving up three earned on 3 hits, 2 walks, and a hit batter. Nick Nies closed out the game for the Tigers to earn the save. He allowed two unearned runs on a hit, a walk, and he hit one.

Also hitting a home run in the game for the Tigers was senior second baseman Jonathan Moore. He went deep in the 2nd with a man on. He would end up driving in another and scoring three times himself. Senior catcher Ryan Nastav also had a pair of hits for Lebanon.

The win takes the Tigers to 4 and 2 on the season, 2 and 0 in conference. They return to action on Saturday hosting a four team tourney at Memorial Park. They will take on the Clinton Prairie Gophers in the first game at 11:00. Their second game would be at 4:00 or 6:30 depending on if they win or lose the opening game.
