Saturday morning the Lady Tigersharks headed to Southmont to take on the Mounties. The Tigersharks were able to improve their record to 2 and 1 (1 and 0 in conference), with a 92 to 88 victory. Setting the pace for the Tigers:
the Medley Relay team of Lauren Gascho, Summer Stogsdill, Lucy Gascho, and Morgan Lawson finishing in 1st.
Mogan Lawson then went on to capture 1st in the 200 Free and Lily Gascho touched 3rd.
Lauren Gascho and Summer Stogsdill finished 2nd and 3rd in the 200 IM.
Cayleigh Dial and Rylee Miller touched 2nd and 3rd in the 50 Free.
Lexi Puckett dove to a 2nd place finish in diving.
Lucy Gascho sprinted to a 2nd place finish in the 100.
Cayleigh Dial and Rylee Miller teamed up again to go 2nd and 3rd in the 100 Free.
Morgan Lawson swam to her 3rd win of the meet in the 500 Free, and Sydney Daisley took 3rd.
The 200 Free Relay team of Lauren Gascho, Summer Stogsdill, Rylee Miller and Cayleigh Dial just got out touched in a tight race to finish 2nd.
Lauren Gascho won the 100 back with a strong race from start to finish, and Sydney Daisley touched 3rd.
Summer Stogsdill won the 100 Breastroke by an impressive 10 seconds.
And securing the 4 point victory was the 400 Free Relay foursome of Lucy Gascho, Cayleigh Dial, Rylee Miller, and Morgan Lawson in 2nd and the team of Kennedy Gibbons, Brianna Martinez, Abrianna Murphy and Skylar Ritchie touching 3rd.
This coming week the Tigersharks take on 2 conference foes at home. Crawfordsville is visiting on Tuesday at 6:00 and Danville visits on Saturday at 10:00.
