The mens Tigersharks put on an impressive display on Saturday to move their record to 1 and 1 overall and 1 and 0 in the conference with a 115 to 64 victory against Southmont.
The Tigersharks started the meet off going 2nd and 3rd in the 200 Medley Relay. Finishing 2nd was the foursome of Grant Braner, Philip Betts, Alex Whipkey and Mason Stillwell. Touching 3rd was the team of Zach Perrine, Caden Rule, James Wagner, and Devin Fearrin.
Austin Orr and Grant Goff then touch 1st and 2nd in the 200 Free.
Zach Perrine just got out touched to get 2nd in the 200 IM and Grant Goff captured 3rd.
JC Reese and Mason Stillwell sprinted to 1st and 3rd in the 50 Free.
Riley Newman sprang to 1st in diving.
The trio of Austin Orr, Phillip Betts and Alex Whipkey swept the 100 Fly 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
JC Reese and Grant Braner touched 1st and 3rd in the 100 Free.
Gabe Goff won the 500 free by over a minute and Atlantic Zheng captured 3rd.
The Tigersharks went 1st and 2nd in the 200 Free Relay. The team of Grant Goff, Gabe Goff, JC Reese, and Austin Orr touched 1st, and the team of Alex Whipkey , Zach Perrine, Mason Stillwell, and James Wagner got the 2nd.
Phillip Betts and Grant Braner touched 2nd and 3rd in the 100 Backstroke.
Gabe Goff and Caden Rule swam to 2nd and 3rd in the 100 Breaststroke.
Wrapping up the meet with a victory was the 400 Free Relay team of Gabe Goff, Grant Goff, Austin Orr, and JC Reese, and the team of Grant Braner, Devin Fearrin, James Wagner, and Phillip Betts touched 3rd.
The Tigersharks take on 2 more conference foes this week. Crawfordsville visits on Tuesday at 6:00 and Danville visits on Saturday at 10:00.
