Congratulations Kenzlie Westerfield!

LHS is proud to recognize senior  Kenzlie Westerfield.  Kenzlie has signed to play golf next year at DePauw University (Tigers) in Greencastle, IN.  DePauw is a Division III Golf jesextender com program that competes in the North Coast Athletic Conference: Allegheny, Denison, Hiram, Kenyon, Oberlin, Ohio Wesleyan, Wabash, Wittenberg, Wooster, and Earlham.  We wish Kenzlie continued success!  

Tigers Senior Night Victorious

  Travis Herrin came up big at the dish and on the mound, leading the Tigers to a 20-1 win over South Montgomery on Tuesday at Memorial Park.  Herrin racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Tigers. Lebanon defeated Lafayette Harrison 4-1 tonight under unusual circumstances. The match was a continuation of a rainout. Unfortunately Harrison had to default #3 Singles and #1 Doubles prior to the match due team members not in attendance. Fridays match was against Danville. Danville was not up to the level of play the Lebanon exhibits and were downed easily. Lebanon Girls Tennis sweep Lafayette Jeff on Senior Night

Lebanon celebrated senior recognition night with a win over Lafayette Jefferson. The varsity won 5-0 and the JV won 5-3. #1 and #2 singles quickly disposed of their opponents in straight sets. #3 singles only dropped 2 games. The doubles matches were a bit closer with #1 doubles squeaking out the victory 6-4, 7-6 (7-1).

Lady Tiger Tennis Team wins decisively over Western Boone – Smash Cancer

The Lady Tigers and Western Boone Stars put the rivalry aside to raise funds for the Boone County Cancer Society. T shirt sales, giant Jenga, Corn hole, and serve/return ball machine attracted spectators to the Flanary Tennis courts for a fun evening. Lebanon and Mississinewa Split Lebanon Invitational Championship

Mississinewa and Lebanon split  the championship at Lebanon Invitational. Mississinewa taking the Varsity match 4-1 and Lebanon taking the Junior Varsity 4-1. Lebanon took their 2nd conference win defeating North Montgomery 3-2. Lebanon’s #1 Singles Sarah Curts has played several tough matches this season and taken many seasoned opponents down to the wire.
