“The Lady Tigers varsity basketball team defeated West Lafayette last night by a score of 55-43. Leading the Tigers in scoring was Claire Boling with 21, Ali Bir with 12, and Leila Richards with 7. The Tigers used a strong third period outscoring the Red Devils 18-5 to pull away for the victory. The Tigers are now 2-2 on the season. The JV Lady Tigers basketball team also picked up a victory over West Lafayette by a score of 55-23. The Tigers were led in scoring by Katie Boling with 17 points, Ellie Cooper with 11, and Ava Mount with 8. The JV team is now 3-2 on the year.”
