Lebanon High School is proud to announce the hiring of Justin Stessman as the inaugural Head Coach of the Lebanon Tigers Girls Flag Football program. As Lebanon launches its first-ever girls flag football program, Stessman brings a wealth of athletic and coaching experience to lead the Tigers into an exciting new era. A former football player at both the high school and collegiate levels, he has spent more than a decade coaching youth athletes and developing a passion for teaching the game. Stessman's coaching experience includes eight years coaching youth softball, two years coaching youth football, and most recently, three seasons as a coach for the Lebanon Middle School softball program. Throughout his coaching career, he has been committed to developing athletes, building positive team cultures, and helping young people grow both on and off the field. "We are excited to have Coach Stessman lead the launch of our girls flag football program," said Athletic Director Chad Guest. "Starting a new program requires a coach who is passionate, committed, and invested in developing student-athletes from the ground up. Justin's enthusiasm, football background, and dedication to young people make him the right person to build a program our school and community can be proud of." As the inaugural head coach, Stessman is eager to establish a strong foundation for Lebanon Girls Flag Football while helping grow the sport throughout the community. His vision is to create a competitive program that develops confident athletes, emphasizes teamwork, and provides a positive experience for every student-athlete. Justin is married to his wife, Rosanna, and together they have three children: Quinn (15), Cooper (14), and Parker (2).
