Lebanon High School is proud to announce the hiring of Sarah Chastain as the new Head Coach of the Lebanon Tigers Girls Volleyball program. A Fishers native and graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School, Chastain continued her volleyball career at the University of North Alabama before finishing her collegiate playing career at Spring Arbor University. Following graduation, she began her coaching career with club volleyball programs in Alabama and Michigan, gaining valuable experience developing athletes at multiple levels. After returning to Indiana, Chastain taught elementary school while coaching at Hamilton Southeastern Intermediate Junior High and with Team Indiana Volleyball. Most recently, she served as the Director of Volleyball at The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse, where she oversaw programming and athlete development while continuing to grow the game throughout central Indiana. This fall, Chastain will join Lebanon Community School Corporation as a teacher at Hattie B. Stokes Elementary School while also leading the Lebanon High School volleyball program as Head Varsity Coach. "We are excited to welcome Sarah to Lebanon," said Athletic Director Chad Guest. "She brings a tremendous passion for developing student-athletes, a strong volleyball background, and a commitment to building relationships.
