Lebanon Tigers to Celebrate 50th Anniversary of 1975 Semi-State Basketball Team Lebanon High School will proudly celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 1975 Lebanon Tigers Boys Semi-State Basketball Team on Friday, December 5, immediately following the boys JV basketball game and before the start of the varsity matchup. This special recognition night honors one of the most electrifying teams in school history—a squad that finished 26–3, lit up scoreboards across Indiana, and captured Lebanon’s first Semi-State title in 32 years. Led by standout seniors, high-powered offense, and the legendary coaching of Jim Rosenstihl, the Tigers’ unforgettable run to the 1975 Final Four remains a defining moment in Lebanon athletics. The celebration will include the introduction of players, managers, trainers, and coaches from the team. The community is invited to join in honoring this historic group.
