Last night the boys swim team competed in their final dual meet of the season against Speedway. The Tiger Sharks took the lead early, and never looked back, taking the checkered flag with a final score of 135 to 43.
Highlights for the Tigers:
The medley relay team of Grant Braner, Alex Whipkey, Zach Perrine, and JC Reese won, and the team of John Gascho, Grayson Goff, Rylan Rule, and Mason Stillwell touched 2nd.
Zach Perrine, Rylan Rule, and Ryan Shepherd swept the 200 Free.
Gabe Goff and Corbin Daisley finished 1st and 2nd in the 200 IM
Grayson Goff and JC Reese finished 1st and 3rd in the 50 Free.
Riley Newman and Davohn Ziesmer finished 1st and 2nd in diving.
Zach Perrine, Rylan Rule, and Ryan Shepherd swept the 100 butterfly.
Alex Whipkey and Grant Braner finished 2nd and 3rd in the 100 free.
Gabe Goff, Corbin Daisley, and Tate DeLaRosa swept the 500 Free.
The team of Abram Hale, JC Reese, Mason Stillwell, and Zach Perrine won the 200 free relay and the team of Augustine Prescott, Grayson Goff, Rylan Rule and Gabe Goff touched 2nd.
John Gascho, and Tate DeLaRosa finished 2nd and 3rd in the 100 backstroke,
Alex Whipkey and JC Reese finished 1st and 2nd in the 100 breaststroke.
The 400 free relay team of Grant Braner, Alex Whipkey, Gabe Goff, and Grayson Goff won, and the team of John Gascho, Mason Stillwell, Ryan Shepherd, and Corbin Daisley touched 2nd.
The Tiger Sharks will compete in sectionals at Lafayette Jeff next week, on Thursday for prelims, diving on Friday night, and sectional finals on Saturday.
