Boys LMS Cross Country, Boys Varsity Cross Country · Eagle Creek Classic Boys Cross Country Results


The Tigers Cross Country teams traveled to Brown County this past Saturday to run in the Eagle Classic.  There were seven total races for the day.  We had 20 out of 23 runners with Personal Records (PR) and Season Best (SB) for the day. The 1st race was a Freshman/Sophomore boys’ race that only two LHS runners participated in.  David Bradley placed 84th out of 114 runners with a PR time of 20:11.  Phillip Betts placed 108th (PR 24:05).  The Varsity boys’ and girls’ race were ran by class A and AA teams, but scored into two separate divisions and separated for awards for each division.  Varsity boys placed 12th out 19 teams with 132 runners in the AA division. Leading the pack for the boys’ was Robby Muse-Myers with a PR for the day and just 7 seconds from the school record in 9th place with a time of 16:47.  Not far behind with a season best was Alex Brummett in 11th with a time of 16:54.  Also scoring for the Tigers was Rafe Crow 79th (PR 19:05), Camren Toole 82nd (SB 19:12), Hunter Smith 87th (PR 19:17), Zachary West 98th (PR 19:34), and Aaron Gommel in 106th.  The girls’ finished 12th out of 15 complete teams, with 114 runners in the AA division.  Emerson Haines was the lead runner for the Lady Tigers in 9th place with a PR time of 20:52, just 3 seconds from the school record.  Katie Hasty ran a season best in 26th place with a time of 21:42.  Also scoring for the Lady Tigers was Cayleigh Dial in 87th, Riley Holland 96th (SB 25:12), Jessica Fischer 99th (PR 25:27), and Teresa Perez in 110th (PR 27:07).   We also ran in the boys’ reserve race.  The boys’ reserve race had 375 runners.  Leading that pack was Peyton Rex with a PR 20:45, Brady Hines, Cade Ping (PR 21:44),  John Stillwell (PR 23:23), Grant Patrick (SB 23:43), Mason McWaters (PR 25:23), Noah West (SB) and Kade Cooper (SB)
